| Details: | Left a message that the LRAA MCL has been exceeded at sample site 2DBP-02 and will result in a violation and will require a Tier 2 public notice. The OEL has also been exceeded at three locations and the operational evaluation form needs to be filled out and returned. An operation evaluation was conducted, with a report submitted. The corrective measures listed were to reduce system storage to improve water age, flushing dead ends and to closely monitor turbidity reports of purchased water to reduce or eliminate purchasing at that time. 1/11/2024 |
