| Details: | Mr. Aguiar contacted me this day regarding repeat sampling related to the Dec. 27, 2018 positive TC. He informed me due to time constraints and past time from original positive, he would not be taking repeats and, therefore, will be confirmed positive for TC. I will be conducting an L2 investigation on January 14, 2019 and will discuss both UV and residual disinfection options and processes related to the recurring positive results. |
