| Details: | We called Mr. Moore regarding the M&R Violations for Coliform and Nitrate monitoring. We explained the 'Opportunity' letter sent by OHA regarding 'make-up' TCR sampling during 1st quarter. We also reviewed Nitrate sampling and advised that a violation for nitrate M&R is likely pending from OHA. Mr. Moore reported that he has acquired sample bottles from a lab and plans to collect samples early next week. |
