| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Casey Lyon of OHA reached out to the circuit rider on behalf of Shawn Snyder from the City of Adrian for further assistance regarding the SAM registration process. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out to Shawn Synder, the City’s Administrator, to help navigate the SAM registration website. Shawn noted that she would get stuck on a certain page that was asking for information that she did not have. The circuit rider was able to coach Shawn through several pages by using alternative information. The circuit rider continued to call Shawn every week to check on her progress and offered assistance to any issues. Eventually on a call on October 31, 2023, Shawn confirmed that she was now registered and had an updated UEI number. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further assistance as needed. |
