| Details: | Received complaint Wednesday morning (1/17/2024) that water has been either out completely, or at a low trickle for last 30 hours. Yet, there is no notification from Tony about anything, or boiling their water, as the Best Management Practices recommend. Left message for Tony and Clatsop County (which is likely closed today due to icy weather) that ALL customers need to be notified of the status of the water system. Something as easy as a small sign on Maple Road would suffice. This was already discussed exactly one week ago in person with Tony to resolve long-standing poor communication with water customers. |
