| Details: | I contacted Mr. Crisp on 1/4/19 regarding the recent TC+. He informed me repeats would be taken on 1/7/19. Because well #3 has been inactive for several months, this assessment sample cannot be included with the repeats. At Mr. Crisp's request, I had submitted a request to deactivate well #3 on 1/4/19 in hope the violation for not sampling at this location would not be entered as a violation. I informed him this may still be considered a violation due to the well listed as active during the sampling. | ||
