| Details: | I met with Will at Smith Frozen Foods to do a site visit of Well 2. JJ snack foods purchases water from Smith Frozen Foods. No deficiencies at Well 2. This inspection of the well head was for the coliform sampling to be reduced from monthly to quarterly. | ||
