1. When the engineering will be completed; Completed
2. When USDA will approve the documents; Anticipated approval: 2/1/2024 for USDA and 2/23/2024 for OHA
3. When the project will go out for bids; and Anticipated 2/26/2024
4. When you expect to award contacts to bidders? Anticipated 3/22/24

He also mentioned: the long lead time item is delivery and installation of the new reservoir. Based on specifications from a possible manufacturer, the anticipated project completion time will be 25 weeks beyond 3/22/24. We will still need to prepare an O&M manual, confirm proper operation, and certify instillation after the 25-week period
