| Details: | The NCPHD was conducting food inspections in Dufur. During their visit, they went to City Hall to get in touch with Brandon and inform him about the enforcement letter that was being sent. The letter was regarding the significant deficiency found in Reservoir 1 overflow. The deficiency was caused by an unknown location and the absence of a screen. Brandon explained that Reservoir 1 and 2 share the same overflow and have a screen on it. He sent photo documentation to NCPHD and NCPHD sent it to DWS compliance. NCPHD marked the significant deficiency as corrected. | ||
