| Details: | The initial decision to waive the public notice requirement for the well contamination was changed as of 1/8/2019. A public notice is now required, without the need for a boil water notice. The well is inadequately constructed and will likely continue to present a health hazard if operation continues without change. Called and left a message with Hiland Water to inform Matt of the need to distribute a Public Notice regarding the confirmed E Coli contamination at the Well. Also sent him an e-mail with a pre-filled public notice for microbiological contaminants without the Boil Water Advisory as discussed with Peter Farrelly. Matt responded with his intent to distribute the forms by the end of the day on Jan. 10th as required by the compliance schedule. |
