Details:	Silas informed me that they plan to install contact chambers, a chlorine analyzer, and a remote monitoring/data logging system. This will allow them to establish adequate CT value for 4-log inactivation of viruses prior to entry into distribution and appropriately monitor for ongoing compliance. They have prepared supporting documents and will mail them to OHA with a plan review payment.
