Details:	Survey deficiencies follow up. 03.18.2024- The plan was reviewed with DMCE. All survey deficiencies precented on the action plan received a time extension for corrective actions to be completed by May 2, 2024. If after this date they remain uncorrected, they will be on the list for enforcement at that point. 03.11.2024-Miranda emailed me an action plan to address the survey deficiencies that are still pending.
