Details: | 08.09.2024 - David Funderburk informed me that Weiss Estates PR has been started and was submitted on 09.30.24. I advised David to work with Weiss Estates to address several pending deficiencies or submit action plan. - Operator is working with 541Water to address significant deficiencies and also make modifications to the system. David informed me that plan review is in draft at HBH Engineers. - Photo provided of the backflow test report for the home connected to a private well. Backflow assembly passed test. 08.09.2024 -DRC provided a copy of the protocol for under-cert operator. Operator was instructed to address all other pending deficiencies. 05.20.2024 Corinne emailed me a report with updates of the status of the corrective actions: - Cross Connection Annual Summary Report (ASR): No updates provided for the ASR. - Home with private well that had the backflow device tested by Avery Plumbing on March 27, 2024: the device passed the backflow test. Screen shot of the receipt still pending. - Storage tank Hatch cover not lockable and adequately secured: Time extension was granted to address deficiency. Rooftop hatches for tanks 1-4 will be installed as the same time the plant upgrade is progressing. Due date extended to Oct 4, 2024. - Operation and Maintenance and SOPs: create SOPs for calibration of pH meter, chlorine monitoring, manual backwash, and monitoring equipment calibration. Pending completion. - ERP is in the works. The system will be using a templated provided by OAWU. Pending completion. - No protocol for under-certified operator: completed. Pending copy for verification. - Turbidimeter not calibrated: Operator ordered calibration standards. Pending report for calibration. - Annual Consumer Confidence Report not submitted: No update provided. Pending copy of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 CCR. 04.02.2024-Survey report and cover letter submitted to operator. DMCE was notified. Survey deficiencies due May 21, 2024. |
