| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Meredith Reiley of Clatsop County and Pete Farrelly of OHA reached out to the circuit rider requesting operational assistance be provided to Jenn Lynch out at the Evergreen Acres water system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke at length with Jenn about the recent problems their small water system is faced with. Tony Cavin was operating the system but recently left and did not leave instructions on how to operate the system. The circuit rider suggested that Jenn contact Melanie Olson of Business Oregon for possibly obtaining emergency funding as well as Heath Cokeley of OAWU to help with leak detection in the distribution system. Follow-up calls were made to determine if the water system required more help. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
