Details: Midland has a new DRC certified at the proper level for the water treatment plant, as of today, April 1st.

This satisfies a long-running violation, who's origins began in the untimely passing of the previous operator in January 2020.
However, the DRC is too new to sign off on March's SWTR report. So it will remain unsigned by the new DRC.

Action
The new DRC is to properly monitor and maintain the WTP, and submit timely April reports in early May.

DRC = Direct Responsible Charge
WTP = water treatment plant
SWTR = Surface Water Treatment Rule, referring to the monthly turbidity and disinfection report
