| Details: | 4/8: I called the operator and left a voicemail that the Level 1 Coliform Investigation (L1) was overdue and needs to be submitted as soon as possible. 4/22: I left another voicemail for the operator. I spoke with the assistant manager who said they would contact the operator to give me a call back. 5/13: I called the operator and left another voicemail informing them that the L1 was overdue by a month and a half. I followed this up by emailing them the public notice that they will need to post letting residents know they've failed to complete the L1. |
