| Details: | Contact operator Leo Newburg facilities manager/water operator at Inn at Otter Crest regarding unresolved violations for DBP's in the system. Currently there are 11 points for the system which puts the system at risk for potential enforcement proceedings. Increased flushing of systems is required at this time to decrease the DBP's (Disinfection By-Products). Lincoln County Environmental Health will follow up for next steps and schedule water survey. | ||
