| Details: | Tier 2 PN - 95 Percent NTU standard not met 06.10.2024 - customer reached out to DWS via phone duty line. Clarification of the Tier 2 PN requested. Customer was contacted and clarification provided. No further action needed at this time. 06.04.2024 - Brenda contacted me via email informing me that yesterday she noticed that the turbidity was out of compliance during the month of May, except for three days when turbidity was below 1.0 NTU. Brenda contacted the operator (Giovanni) and inquired why turbidity measurements were over 1.0 NTU. Giovanni had not realized the standard is that no more than 5 percent of samples may exceed 1.0 NTU per month. Next steps: Brenda verified calibration on the turbidimeter. It appears the unit may be defective. Giovanni will speak to Flintstone Properties management (Deanna and Trish) to either repair the turbidimeter or order a new one. A copy of the PN notice was provided by the operator on 06.10.24. |
