| Details: | Customer complaint 07.03.2024 -The operator distributed a boil advisory and submitted a copy of the notice to DWS. 07.02.2024 - I received a call from a customer at Rainbow Rock Village informing me that yesterday the park was having issues with water pressure. Pressure was very low in the morning and eventually, around 2:00 pm, the park left without water for a couple hours. Today the park is out of water again. The operator reported that the park is out of water due to tanks draining in the distribution. A leak detection company is schedule for this week to locate the leak. Park maintenance staff went around the houses informing people of the situation. |
