Details: Received alert for an arsenic result of 0.0171 mg/L from a sample collected on 6/12/24. Met with Quinten on site along with technician from Wigen. The operation of the treatment system was reviewed and corrective actions laid out, including replacement of a failed flow meter that controlled the blending ratio in the polishing tank and replacement of the chemical feed pumps.
