| Details: | I spoke with Jessica Perryman and informed her of the high nitrate results and that they need to submit a public notice: "Do Not Drink" advisory for their consumers. NCPHD has updated the OHA Drinking Water page to reflect this advisory. Currently, the language on the Tooley Water District webpage does not meet the public notice requirements. Jessica has found a template with the required information and will send it to the appropriate staff to ensure the public receives the notice. |
