| Details: | System has been on a boil water advisory since 9/18 due to lack of follow up source sampling triggered from a source E.coli detect. Emailed the system contact to let him know that they will need to stay on a boil due to to the confirmed source E.coli. Emailed him the OHA letter giving options following a source confirmed E.coli. We will schedule an onsite Level 2 coliform investigation to see if there is a direct pathway to contamination at the source. | ||
