| Details: | System made repairs to seal all gaps & openings in dug well lid. The system disinfected the dug well & resampled. 5 source confirmation and 3 distribution samples were taken on 10/2 & reported 10/4 with all samples being absent for coliform. The boil has been lifted as of 10/4 & all well head corrections have been made from the level 2 investigation. | ||
