| Details: | Left a voice message for Jessica asking for a call back to discuss the lead action level exceedance. Once I make contact, I will determine if the sample is valid and provide next steps for the WS to take. 11/1/24: Emailed water system after no response from voice message. The following message was sent: Please contact me asap regarding the recent lead and copper testing for Salem Mobile Estates. One exceeded the lead action level. I need to determine if the sample was collected properly and is valid. If not, the system only has a limited time to collect a replacement sample. I left a phone message last week at 503-393-8121 but haven’t heard back. I received a voice message from Nick Gardener with IPG 949-486-7121 calling to discuss the lead sample. I returned his call and left a voice message on 11/1/24. 11/5/24: No response from WS since last voice message. I left another message for Nick asking him to contact me asap and to expect a compliance letter form OHA DWS next week. |
