| Details: | Keizer tested 4 wells (Chemawa, City Hall, McNary, and Willamette Manor) for manganese at the source, the 1st service connection downstream, and the 5th service connection downstream of each respective well. No results from samples in the distribution system (1st or 5th connection downstream) exceeded a health advisory level. OHA contacted Keizer this date to clarify sampling locations and made corrections based on information provided. | ||
