| Details: | Beth from Table Rock Lab called to let DWS know that both the routine and source samples collected on 10/25 were TC+. Beth would collect the follow up repeat samples. Guy Shearer from the Country Club called. He discovered the chlorinator had malfunctioned due to water backflowing into the solution tank. This resulted in the chlorine residual dropping to below the required minimum of 0.3 mg/l. Chlorinator was repaired shortly after the problem was discovered. The system was required to post a public notice for failing to maintain the required minimum chlorine residual. See letter in file dated November 1, 2018. | ||
