| Details: | All 3 repeats following 11/21 routine+ TC+. Triggered source sample absent. Spoke with Craig and they will chlorinate reservoir and flush and take additional follow up samples to ensure absent of coliforms. Same situation happened last December. Craig thinks there may be some small leaks in top of reservoir and it recently rained. I emailed Craig level one investigation form. Need normal routine sampling in December. | ||
