| Details: | Three of the DBP sample locations had levels in November, with one location exceeding the OEL. There was a mix-up with the flushing frequency in new vs old procedures, which caused the system to skip one of their routine flushing cycles. Another set of DBP samples will be collected after flushing is completed. | ||
