| Details: | 12.18.2024 The operator has requested and been granted an extension to address unapproved modifications to the water system. The deadline to correct all outstanding survey deficiencies has been extended to June 30, 2025. Action plan approved. 1. Develop an updated schematic of your system showing the addition of the LT2 filter and relocation of the CFL NTU probe as noted below by Kent. Complete by January 6, 2025 2. Pay the $825 plan review fee. Complete by January 10, 2025 3.Assemble supporting equipment tech sheets and operating manuals for all new system components (e.g., multimedia pressure filers, UV reactor, LT2 filter, etc.). Complete by January 17, 2025 4.Submit information package to OHA-DWS to initiate plan review. Complete by January 24, 2025 5. Plan review completion estimated date June 30, 2025. 6. Operator FE certification June 30, 2025. |
