| Details: | 05.27.2025 Requested DMCE to RTC SLI violation 05.22.2025 SLI Update: The operator submitted a revised SLI. The SLI was accepted, and a copy of the final version was emailed to the operator. Next step: The operator was advised to post the accessibility statement to customers. A public accessibility statement template was provided. 12.27.2024 SLI Update: The operator was contacted via email. I checked with the operator to see if they were able to reach out to the Oregon Association of Water Utilities for assistance with this task. PWSs were given until December 20th to submit their SLI. This system did not meet this deadline. Next steps: I advised the operator to submit the SLI for review and approval as soon as possible, even though the deadline has passed. |
