| Details: | DWS staff informed system they will be issued a Violation #902593935 for failure to collect the annual source water assessment sample from SRC-BA/ASR Well - L100761 in 2024. DWS remined system their coliform schedule is viewable on DO. Upon discussion with the system DWS staff was informed the system did collect an source assessment sample (marked as special by the lab) prior to extraction. DWS Staff explained to system source assessment samples for ASR wells should be collected during extraction to accurately represent the water being served. |
