| Details: | Received customer complaint via OHA and PUC regarding water pressure issues, discolored water, debris in water, and boil notices not being received. Spoke with Phillip about water pressure requirements and loss of pressure/ boil advisory requirements. Set up an onsite meeting at water system with Phillip, Deanna Rios with PUC and myself for 3/22/24 at 10:30 am. Update 3/22/24 - was able to verify adequate water pressure and water clarity from outside hose bib at home across from complainants house. Complainant did not respond to knocks on the door/was not home during our visit. |
