| Details: | Tammy Hirata contacted us regarding a violation report they received. OHA has not received the 2024 Source Water Assessment (Coliform) water test sample. We explained the violation to the operator, and how to return to compliance. Mrs. Hirata reported that John Hirata remembered taking the sample in December 2024. We recommended looking for verifying paperwork, and/or contacting the laboratory. Then, the report can be submitted late (which is better than never). |
