| Details: | Spoke with operator about positive coliform from yesterday's sample. He did do a source sample to follow but not a follow repeat distribution sample. He already has someone chlorinating well and looking at it to see what might be the problem. I let him know if this happens again to do a repeat at the distribution as well before chlorinating. He plans to to special sample after the chlorination and flushing system. He will mark it to be sent to be posted on OHA DWS site. I advised to do next quarterly after clean special sample. He says he has other lab results not posted because he hadnt been marking it to be sent in. | ||
