| Details: | Operator called to update that a UV system was installed and asked for next steps. I advised to provide results for a source sample since the original alert and follow his own plan to do a special sample to verify UV is working for disinfection then resume routine quarterly sampling. He also reported he made some repairs to casing and seal and he is working on making improvements to a storage tank to seal some cracks. He also installed a new sampling faucet higher off the ground. | ||
