| Details: | Operator e-mailed me on 2-21 to say they would install UV if they could not get clean samples. He also requested they be removed from OHA DWS monitoring because they have less than 25 people living on the farm and that workers have housing elsewhere. I returned the e-mail letting him know that 10 or more people on the property for 60 or more a days in the year is the threshold for being montiored as a PWS and included the flowchart. I let him know to verify if there are less than 10 people or less than 60 days and I would make that request. He did return the coliform investigation sheet as well and it does describe a vent cover missing on the well and it would get repaired. |
