| Details: | I spoke on the phone with the operator on the 12th of February about the positive coliform repeat sample. I followed up with an e-mail to the operator to give guidance on testing follow up and contact info for circut riders. I provided the Level 1 Coliform investigation form as a tool for researching possbile problems causing the contamination. The operator has doubts about needing to be monitored by OHA. I provided the guidance on this as well. | ||
