| Details: | 3 repeats samples TC+ following 2/6/25 routine positive. Triggered source sample from well #3 absent. This is the 3rd confirmed TC+ in 4 months (November, January and February). Emailed Craig and will make a site visit and conduct another level 2 investigation. If no source of contamination is found and removed, system will have to install continuous chlorine. Triggered samples in November and February absent. Only TC+ TG was in January. | ||
