| Details: | I let operator's employee know the distribution sample was in OHA DWS but source sample was not. I advised to do the source sample next time they do the distribution sample. I reiterated that a source sample does not replace a distribution sample. I also advised there seemed to be an error with the chlorine residual becuase their test kits would not test for the very low range the results are listed (.06 and .05) and to verify testing method and recording. He responded that he results are .5 and .6 etc and they were writing it down incorrectly. He agrees also to get source sample. |
