| Details: | Operator e-mailed copy of february coliform sample because a violation for missed sampling. I responed that the violation will remain because the sample result was not recieved until March 13th. I advised to stay on track for monthly sampling with results in by 10th of following month. I also advised that the chlorine residual again was listed as being too low (.03 ppm and 0.05 ppm in March sample per OHA). I also advised that source sample still needed. |
