| Details: | Met with Dan Leuthold in our office on 10/6/2022 to try and get a survey and difficulties from the 2019 survey corrected. Dan said he is still the water system contact but was hoping someone from his board would take over the system as he doesn't want to manage it any longer. Kevin Durrer reached out to me on October 11th, 2022, saying Dan asked him to share his information to help with the water surveys. I sent an email back explaining what needed to be done on October 11th 2022, to bring the system into compliance. I did not get a response to that email. I followed up with another email on 10/28/2022, asking if he was taking over the system or was helping to bring it into compliance. No response as of 3/2025 No contact with the facility about the survey until I reached out again on 3/4/2025 to see if I could survey with the water system via email and reminded them of the deficiencies. |
