| Details: | I emailed Phillip the following information on 3-12-2025: Hi Phillip, YWAM now has a violation for not submitting a lead service line inventory. The violation that can be viewed online at: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/violsum.php?pwsno=01248 . Failure to submit an initial LCRR service line inventory is a 5 point violation and requires the system to issue a public notice (see attached template). Please send me a copy of your completed notice once it has been issued. Also, lead and copper monitoring is due this summer (6/1 – 9/30). Once the results for this year’s round are submitted on time (by 10/10/25), the late reporting violation for the previous lead and copper round from 2022 will be resolved.
