| Details: | I emailed Kamala the following information on 3/12/25: Hi Kamala, Taylors Grove Water Works now has a violation for not submitting a lead service line inventory. The violation that can be viewed online at: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/violsum.php?pwsno=05782 . Failure to submit an initial LCRR service line inventory is a 5 point violation and requires the system to issue a public notice (see attached template). Please send me a copy of your completed notice once it has been issued.
