| Details: | CT not met in February - Tier 2 PN required 04.14.2025 Requested DMCE to RTC violation. 03.10.2025 The DRC notified me that Garden Valley did not meet CT requirements during 15 or 28 days the month of February. The system was advised to post a Tier 2 notice for not meeting CT. Tier 2 notice template was provided via email. Next steps: Operator will fill out the Tier 2 notice and submit a copy to DMCE. To prevent this from happening again, the DRC will advise operators to calculate CT values on a daily basis. By calculating and recording these values daily, the operator can quickly identify any deviations from required levels. If the actual CT value falls below the required CT, the operator can promptly increase the chlorine dose. After the increase, another CT value should be calculated to verify that the correction has been effective. |
