| Details: | 05.06.2025 -05.05.2025 -Operator submitted a copy of the Tier 2 notice for failure to meet CT on April 3, 8, and 18. The operator is addressing the issue by working on finding ways to have a faster response through precalculatiang the contact time results. 04.22.2025 -Operator submitted a copy of the Tier 2 notice for failure to meet the 95% NTU standard on March 19, 2024. Notices posted on April 22, 2025. A copy of the notice was emailed to DMCE. What happened and what's being done: Due to the temperature of the water and the time needed to meet the chlorine contact demand the system was unable to meet the requirement on March 19th, 2025. This issue is being looked into, and steps are being taken to ensure the time required is met. The operator will be looking to have a faster response through precalculating the contact time results so they can be more vigilant in meeting the contact time demands. |
