| Details: | Guidance to report UCMR 5 Results 03.17.2025-The operator contacted me inquiring about which of the constituents on the UCMR 5 lab results they need to include in the 2025 CCR. I informed the operator that the CCR rule requires that community water systems (CWSs) report monitoring results when unregulated contaminants are measured at or above the UCMR 5 minimum reporting level (40 CFR 141.153). However, even if not strictly required, providing information on detected UCMR 5 contaminants can enhance transparency and build public trust. A link to the CCR information on the DWS website was provided. |
