Details:	Sandy has completed the conditions of the BCA. While only preliminary data has been analyzed, it appears that diluting the water may resolve the issue. Connecting an existing distribution line to a modified altitude valve Sandy can now pre-fill the Revenue Reservoir with water from the Alder Creek WTP thereby diluting the water from PWB. This method predicted lower DBPs, and it has resulted in four lower HAA5 samples taken March 9th. ACTION REQUIRED: Await June DBP samples. Once the LRAA is below the MCL, then conclude the BCA.
