| Details: | Called and also sent an email to Jon regarding the repeat samples with a positive result. This system has a level 2 investigation generated due to there has been a level 1 investigation within 12 months. Talked with Jon about possible reasons why the sample returned positive. He will continue to troubleshoot and will shock and flush the lines. |
