| Details: | The City of Sandy recorded chlorine levels above 4.0mg/L at the entry point (treatment plant) Friday evening, which was not discovered until Monday morning. By the time the water reached Terra Fern reservoir, levels were below 4.0 mg/L. There were likely no customers that received water with chlorine >4.0 mg/L as the first users for City of Sandy and purchasers were all far enough downstream. | ||
