| Details: | After sending an RTC request to OHA for the source sample completed I e-mailed the operator to inform them of that and reminded them the annual nitrate test was still in violation status. I also asked them to verify the chlorinator is working since the concentration for chlorine listed for the last distribution was 0.0. I requested confirmation of message recieved. | ||
